White House chose Drupal!

Press center of the White House said that the White House Web site will use the CMS «Drupal».

Press Center White House announced that White House Web site will use the CMS «Drupal». Barack Obama rejected the use of specially designed content management system by selecting an existing one.
This decision was based on research findings GDIT (General Dynamics Information Technology), which were ordered by the White House. Representatives of the White House say they need more flexible alternative to the existing system, and their choice was just a free site management system - Drupal.
Currently, work is underway to transfer the site to CMS «Drupal». Change the appearance of the site should not be expected, the design will remain the same.
