Domain google.ua delegated by Google on the court.

As an administrator of domain of «ua» reports – hostmaster, a company Google at last got the complete list of rights on the domain of google.ua. Domain of google.ua delegated a company Google in decision of court. It is needed to mark that the company of hostmaster does not report, what exactly a court accepted this decision and date of his leadthrough.

The domain indicated till recently was utillized the Ukrainian company GOU OGLE and redirected visitors on one of the sites.

Presently google.ua redirects on google.com.ua.

It will seem to many strange, that in Ukraine  Google is in the area of com.ua, as mainly Google utillizes the domains of countries top level, for example google.ru, google.by etc.
Domain of google.ua it was delegated a firm GOU OGLE, which from 2006 it is belonged two point-of-sale Google and Go Ogle, incorporated in Ukraine on classes 9 (scientific devices, computers, cash and account machines) and 45 (social, guard services, marriage agencies) accordingly is easily soiled.

As reported before, in October, 2010 the Higher economic court was confirmed by prohibition of GOU OGLE to utillize the name of Google in the domain name of google.ua.

In particular, he left in force the decision of the Economic court of Kiev in part of obligation of GOU OGLE to halt the use of the commercial name of Google in the domain name of google.ua, however abolished a decision on satisfaction of lawsuit of Google Inc. (THE USA) to hostmasteru about stopping of delegation of the domain name of google.ua GOU OGLE and pointed this part of business at new consideration in Khozsud of Kiev.

It registers in a report, that this decreet talks that the Ukrainian judicial system is able to work and with blast-furnace проблематикой.

Therefore We can boldly felicitate a company Google on victory over the appropriation of the name by alien organizations!
